Debasis Dhar (Ph.D)

Debasis Dhar is a highly respected author and a former TIC at GCM College of Education, New Barrackpore. Currently, he is a Principal at Sanjay College of Education, Purba Medinipur. Sir has authored numerous books, including Shikshay Porimap O Mulyayan, demonstrating his deep knowledge and lifelong commitment to the subject. One of his most well-known works is "Shiksha Byabasthapana", published by Rita Publication, which is highly regarded by students, scholars, and literary enthusiasts alike.
