Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, items must meet specific criteria:

  1. At Boi Bipani, we only offer refunds before dispatch. No refunds will be processed after the items have been dispatched.
  2. We do not provide refunds for damaged products. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly initiate a replacement procedure.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Parcel Opening Video: We recommend recording a video while opening your parcel. If you find any manufacturing damage, please send the video to us via WhatsApp.
  • Contact Us: Email or WhatsApp our customer service to request a return of any damaged item.
  • Prepare Your Return: Package the item securely and include a copy of your order confirmation.
  • Ship It Back: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Processing Time

We only initiate a refund if you cancel your order before dispatch. If you received a damaged product, we will be happy to replace it without any extra cost.

Shipping Costs

If you request a replacement, you will only need to cover the courier charges to send the item back to us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with a parcel opening video. We’ll provide return instructions and issue a full replacement at no additional cost.
